Aline Carrell of Crawfordsville passed away Tuesday morning at Bethany Village in Indianapolis. She was 82. Mrs. Carrell was a graduate of Crawfordsville High School. She worked at Hoosier Crown in the research department inventing caps and closures. Born June 23, 1931 in Crawfordsville she was the daughter of Homer and Nellie Kern Dulin. She married John Carrell on June 4, 1953 in Spartanburg, SC. He passed away June 14, 2009. Survivors include: son Mike Carrell; two daughters, Deanna William and Dora "Beth" Spencer; stepson Larry Carrell and three brothers: Basil Dulin, Richard Dulin and Gene Dulin. She was preceded in death by three sisters: Sandy, Oveta and Vernice; and two grandsons, Michael Wayne and James A. There will be no visitation and no public services.
