Mr. and Mrs. Fred Rice, Mrs. WW Canine and Harry Oliver attended the funeral of Ivan Causey at Linebarger Chapel, near West union on Monday afternoon. Mr. Causey was 45. He married Miss Bernice Canine, March 18, 1914. She survives him with 5 children: Max, Lee, Jane Byrl, Ruth Ann and Billy. He is also survived by his mother, Mrs. Charles Causey and a brother, Ernest Causey. Funeral services were in charge of Rev. Brown, a former pastor. Burial in West Union Cemetery. - kbz

Ivan B. Causey, prominent West Union farmer, died at the Union hospital in Terre Haute Saturday morning December 22. He had been seriously ill for weeks. Mr. Causey was the youngest son of Charles and Ida Linebarger Causey and was 46 years old. He is survived b the wife, formerly Miss Bernice Canine, three sons, Max, Lee and Billy, two daughters, Ruth and Jane, the aged mother and one brother, Ernest Causey of Terre Haute. Funeral services were held at the Linebarger Chapel Tuesday afternoon of last week with burial in the West Union Cemetery. Rev. A. L. Vermillion preached the services and Clyde brown was the undertaker in charge. - kbz
