New Market - Mrs. Virginia Caplinger, 83, a former resident of New Market, died at 3 a.m. Thursday in Memorial Hospital at Logansport. She was a native of Wellville, Kan., but moved to New Market as a child. She was born March 26, 1884, to John and Callie Fulwider. She married Harry Caplinger in January of 1900. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Effie Rush of New Market and Mrs. Nell Moeller of Lakeworth, Fla.; two brothers, Ivan Fulwider of Rochester, Ind., and Bert Fulwider of Harrisburg, Pa., and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, two children and a brother, Roy Fulwider. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Fisher Funeral Home in Logansport. Burial will be in Logansport. - kbz
