Marshall -- Former Marshall resident, Leroy CANINE, 80 died at 10:40 a.m. Tuesday at Chicago. He was employed at Hobson Brothers at Chicago. He was a member of the Marshall Federated Church and a graduate of Marshall HS. He was a WWII Army Veteran. Mr. Canine was born at Marshall, June 25, 1907 to Charles and Dollie MYERS Canine. He was married to Mabel Virginia Hobson. She survives. Services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday in the Rice Funeral Home at Marshall with the Rev. Don Perry officiating. Burial will be in Poplar Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home prior to services Friday.
