Funeral services for Pearl Nettie Campbell, resident of Crawfordsville for the last several years, were held Monday in the Wolf Funeral Home in Walton, Ind. Mrs. Campbell, 84, died at 3:50 p.m. Saturday in the Crawfordsville home of her daughter, Mrs. Helen Beecher. She had been in failing health for an extended period. Rev. Raymond Skelton officiated, and burial was in the Walton Independent Order of Odd Fellows Cemetery. Mrs. Campbell and her husband, Orin, had been residing at their daughter's home since their retirement from farming in Cass County. Mr. Campbell, who surveys, also served many years as a probation officer for that county. A daughter of James and Eliza Reed Lister, Mrs. Campbell was born on Feb. 28, 1883, in White County near Monticello. She was married over 50 years ago, and the couple took up housekeeping in the Cass County area. Beside the husband and the daughter here, she is survived by another daughter, Mrs. Roy Markward of Columbus, Ohio, and a step-daughter, Mrs. Ray Gardner of Bristol, Ind. - typed by Chris M
