William H. Bundy of Darlington, former trustee of Sugar Creek Township, Montgomery County died Sunday night while visiting at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Marie Williams, 3837 West Michigan Street.  He was 71 years old.  A native of Boone County, Mr. Bundy had spent most of his life in Montgomery County but lived in Indianapolis 10 years at one time.  He operated a general store 25 years at Bowers Station and served six years as trustee of Sugar Creek township.  Mr. Bundy was a member of the United Brethren Church at Bowers Station and the IOOF at Darlington.  Funeral services will be at 10 o’clock tomorrow morning in the Bowers Station church.  Burial will be in the Clouser cemetery in Montgomery County.  Survivors besides Mrs. Williams are two other daughters, Mrs. Gladys Phebus and Mrs. Leota Delap, both of Indianapolis; a brother, George Bundy of Thorntown and three grandchildren.

Services for William H. Bundy, age 71, Darlington will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Bowers Station United Brethren Church with burial in the Clouser Cemetery in Montgomery County. Mr. Bundy, former trustee of Sugar Creek Township, Montgomery County and former resident of Indianapolis died Sunday while visiting  his daughter, Mrs. Marie Williams, 3837  West Michigan Street. Born in Boone County, Mr. Bundy had spent most of his life in Montgomery County but lived in Indianapolis ten years. He operated a general store at Bowers Station 25 years and served six years as trustee of Sugar Creke township.  Mr. Bundy was a member of the Bowers Stationi Church and IOOF at Darlington.  Survivors besides Mrs. William are two other daughters, Mrs. Glady Phebus and Mrs. Leota Delap, Indianapolis; a brother, George Bundy, Thorntown and three grandchildren.
