Mrs. Taylor Buffington died at her home on west Chestnut Street Wednesday evening of paralysis. The deceased was 78 years of age and for 40 years has been a resident of this city. She was a consistent member of the Christian Church a lady beloved by all and leaves numerous friends to mourn her loss. The funeral occurred Thursday morning, Elder JC Barnhill officiating

Mrs. Taylor Buffington died of paralysis last evening at 4:30 o’clock at the
family residence on West Chestnut
Street . Mrs. Buffington was 78 years old and had
lived in this city for 40 years. The funeral will occur tomorrow morning at 10
o’clock, her old friend, Elder Barnhill, officiating. Mrs. Buffington for half
a century was a consistent member of the Christian Church, in which faith,
indeed, she died. She had scores of friends and died lamented by all. She
leaves a husband and one son, Julian, behind her.
