Hillsboro - Zane R. Buck, the husband of Mrs. Ora Ruth Gerhard Buck, well known in Fountain County when she resided at Mellott, died at the Hines Hospital near Chicago Sunday morning. His home is in Evanston, Ill. The Crumley- Funeral Home of Hillsboro will be in charge of the funeral. The body will arrive in Danville, Ill Wednesday at 12:40 p.m. and will be taken to the Masonic Cemetery at Waynetown where graveside service will be held at 4 p.m. Mr. Buck was a veteran of WWI and is survived by his widow and two sons. - kz
