DARLINGTON — Miss Lula Buskirk, 85, Darlington, died at 1 a.m. today in Golden Manor Nursing Home at Ladoga. She was a member of the Shannondale Presbyterian Church. Born March 16, 1886, she was a daughter of John and Mary Mikle Buskirk. She was graduated from Darlington High School and attended Terre Haute State Normal. Survivors include two nephews, Lawrence and Sam Boots, both of the New Market area; a niece, Mrs. Lois Carroll of Noblesville, and a sister, Mrs. Merl Boots of Crawfordsville. She was preceded in death by a sister. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Powers Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Schalk officiating. Burial will be in the Odd Fellows Cemetery at Darlington. Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today.--waw
