Mrs. Louis Bushong, who has been seriously ill for some months died on Sunday evening at the home west of town. Funeral services at the Christian Church on Wednesday morning were in charge of Rev. Paul Eddingfield of Indianapolis, who delivered an impressive sermon. Mrs. Charles Moore, Mrs. Fred Rie, Corta Dooley and OG Swanay sang. The large attendance and floral offerings were testimony to the esteem in which she was held. Burial at Alamo Cemetery. She was born near Alamo Jan 23, 1903 and was the daughter of Charles E. and Lina Payton. She married Mr. Bushong Jan 26, 1923. They have no children. - kbz
