Burhardt -James - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

The Rev. James Calvin BURHARDT age 75, a minister for more than half century before his retirement, was found dead at his home in Crawfordsville Tuesday morning. He had endured a long period of ill health following an injury to his spine due to a fall in 1931 and also had suffered for several months of heart trouble. Rev. Burkhart (sic) at the time of his student days was pastor of the local Christian Church. He served many churches in this and other states in a long and fruitful ministry. -- typed by kbz
