WAYNETOWN — Opal A. Bunnell, 87, of Waynetown, died at 8:48 a.m. in Hulene House at Crawfordsville. She had been a patient 16 days. Mrs. Bunnell was a member of Waynetown Christian Church. Born Dec. 9, 1890, in Montgomery County, she was a daughter of John and Nannie Mitchell. She married Charles E. Bunnell who died in December, 1967. Surviving are two sons, Robert of Lapel and Harold of Louisville, Ky.; a daughter, Mrs. Doris Palin of New Richmond; seven grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Two sons, Gerald and Charles; a brother; and four sisters are deceased. Services are scheduled at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Thomas Funeral Home at Waynetown with the Rev. Dorman Winger officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Saturday.--waw
