Brown - Lucinda 1891 - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Mrs. Lucinda Brown died at her late residence on the corner of Spring and Walnut Streets last night at half past 8 o’clock. Mrs. Brown was born in this city and at the time of her death was 36 years old. She had been in ill health for about three years, but up to last September was able to go and since that time has been bedfast and has been sinking until death came to relieve her of her sufferings. Mrs. Brown leaves two sons, two sisters, and one brother. She was a loving mother, a dutiful wife and a devoted Christian. The funeral will take place tomorrow at 2 o’clock at A. M. E. Church. Interment will be at the Odd Fellows Cemetery.
