John J. Brothers, familiarly known as “Buck” veteran member of the Crawfordsville police force was near death Monday. Attending physicians have given up hope for his recovery from the stroke of paralysis suffered Friday noon. Mr. Brothers has been a member of the Crawfordsville police force for many years and is well known to many Lafayette citizens.
