Waynetown - Frances Norma Bratton, 72, of Waynetown died at 5:05 am Tuesday in Lodge Care Center at Loveland, Ohio.  Mrs., Bratton was a hairdresser.  She was a member of the Waynetown Christian Church, Loyal Workers Class, Morning Circle, American Legion Auxiliary 445, Maplegrove Home Demonstration Club and Beta Chi Chapter of Psi Iota Sorority.  She was a graduate of Waynetown HS and Rudea's Beauty College at Lafayette. She was born July 11, 1924 at Cates to Raymond F. SImms and Marjorie Peal Allen Simms Royer.  She married Harold "Pete' Bratton on March 7, 1943.  He preceded her in death.  Survivors include a son, Joseph F. at Columbus, Ohio; two daughters, Mrs. Jennifer Jane Davis of Cincinnati, Ohio and Mrs. Peggy Anne Laffin of Rochester, NY; a brother, Raymond of Greenwood, Ind; a stepsister, Sandra Royer Wilson of Lafayette and seven grandchildren.  She was also preceded in death by her parents.  Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday in Shoemaker Funeral Home at Waynetown. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to Habitat for Humanity or Waynetown Christian Church.
