I.C. BROWN

Wednesday, I.C. Brown died suddenly at the home of D. Smally near Ladoga. He was in Crawfordsville last week visiting his son-in-law, Ed Boyland and was on his way to North Salem to visit his son Frank. Being acquainted with Mr. Smally he had stopped at his house and was helping pitch hay, hands being short when he suddenly expired. The coroner was summoned and went down at night. The deceased was 61 years old and for many years has been a respected citizen of Brown Township. He was the father of four children: Will and Marco of Waveland; Frank of North Salem and Mrs. Ed Boyland of Crawfordsville. He was a member of the Old School Baptist Church.
