Mr. and Mrs. Frank Brown, Mrs. Charles Campbell, Mrs. Ira Sharp and Elvin Brown attended the funeral of Henry Brown at New Ross on Monday. Funeral services at the New Ross Christian Church were in charge of Rev. Cornelius Airhart. Mrs. James Layne was at the funeral and came home with them, returning to Brazil on Tuesday. Henry Brown, the brother of Frank Brown, who has been in very poor health at his home near Linnsburg, died on Saturday afternoon. He is survived by his wife and three daughters, Mrs. Clara Rice, Mrs. Olive Lawson and Miss Opal Pauline Brown. He was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church at Browns Valley. -- typed by kbz
