Will Britton, aged 16 years, died at the home of his grandfather, William Ansberry, on east Franklin street. The funeral took place Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock at St. Bernard's Catholic church, interment at Calvary. The death was rather a peculiar one, the boy being sick less than twenty-four hours. He was taken ill quite suddenly and grew rapidly worse until death relieved his sufferings, which were acute. It has been reported that he died of Spinal meningitis, but the at attendant physician, Dr. Ensminger, denies this, although giving no name to the disease which terminated so fatally - thanks to Kim H
