Harvey M. Breaks, about 55, a native of Crawfordsville, was killed instantly August 28 in an automobile accident at Lawrenceburg, N.M. according to word received by an uncle, Harry Breaks of this city. Funeral services and burial will be at Lawrenceburg Tuesday. A World War I veteran and a graduate of the Crawfordsville High School, Mr. Breaks had lived in Lawrenceburg since leaving Crawfordsville about 30 years ago. He was the son of Wilbert and Flora Breaks. Surviving are the widow; a son, Thomas Breaks, a daughter; the mother, Windfall, Ind; two sisters, Mrs. Roberta Scudder, Windfall, and Mrs. Vivian Marsh, Wheeling W. Va.; and aunt, Mrs. Etta Groendyke, Indianapolis, and the uncle, Harry Breaks, Crawfordsville
