Mrs. Fannie May Bratton, 62 wife of Wheat Bratton well known Montgomery County farmer died Thursday monring at the family home, two miles east of here. Death came unexpectedly and was caused by a heart attack. A life resident of the farm where she died, Mrs. Bratton was born July 28, 1880, the daughter of Joseph and Catherine Faust. She was married to Mr. Bratton Nov 25, 1903. She was a member of the united Brethren church and the Order of Eastern star. Surviving besides the husband are: two daughters, Juanita Bratton of Muncie and Mrs. Leroy Layson at home and several cousins. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Rev. John C. Roberts officiating. Burial will be at Oak Hill cemetery. Friends may pay their respects at the funeral home as the body will be kept ther preceding the rites.
