Colfax -- Mrs. Mary S. Bradshaw, 76, resident of Colfax since 1907, died at her home here Friday morning. Death was due to a heart ailment. She was the mother of 15 children and has 83 living descendants. Born May 28, 1888, near Waugh, Ind., she was the daughter of Walter and Naomi Moulton Parks. She was married Jan. 10, 1906, to Addison S. Bradshaw, who died April 17, 1951. The survivors include six sons, Herman A. Bradshaw, Addison Bradshaw Jr., William J. Bradshaw and Robert R. Bradshaw, all of Colfax, Walter A. Bradshaw of Frankfort and Edwin C. Bradshaw of near Crawfordsville; seven daughters, Mary Stinebaugh of Lafayette, Martha Ellen Sinclair of Thorntown, Ruth Pierson of Mulberry, Elizabeth Clouser of near Colfax, Nora J. Dukes of Frankfort, Phyllis Boots of near Colfax and Sarah Belle Burge of Williamsburg, Ohio; 46 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; a sister, Minnie Kinkead of Sheridan, and a brother, Granville Parks of near Sheridan. A son and a daughter preceded her in death. The body is at the Williams Funeral Home in Colfax.
