Booher - John Ellis - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Funeral services for John Ellis Booher, 74 years old, 4218 Crittenden Avenue, former employee in the business department of Arnett Clinic in Lafayette, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday in Flanner & Buchanan Fall Creek Mortuary with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery.  Mr. Booher died yesterday in Methodist Hospital.  He was born at Darlington and was a hardware merchant there and at Mulberry from 1906-1928. He joined the Arnett Clinic then and retired in 1947.  Mr. Booher was a trustee of East 49th Street Christian Church and was a member of Mulberry Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite and Murat Shrine. Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Floe Holliday Booher, a son, Dr. Norman R. Booher, Indianapolis physician;p a sister, Mrs. Pet Chesterson, Darlington and four grandchildren.
