BOOHER, Marques Lee - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Darlington  June 7 – Marques Lee Booher, 63 died of a heart attack at his filling station here Sunday afternoon.  He was born in Boone County Feb 13, 1879 and lived in or around Darlington all of his life.  Mr. Booher was a member of the Congregational Christian Church.  Survivors are the wife, Mrs. Iva Munson Booher; a daughter, Mrs. Harold Layne, Indianapolis; a son, Chester Booher, Battle Ground; a brother, Charles Booher, Dover ;and four sisters: Mrs. Val Riggins, Dover; Mrs. Ed Grimes, Thorntown; Mrs. Link Beesly, LaPorte and Mrs. Emma Lecklitner, Mulberry.  The body will be taken from the Blanard, Butler and Russell Funeral Home to the residence today where friends may call.  Services will be held at the Congregational-Christian Church Tuesday at 2 p.m. and burial in the Lutheran Cemetery. ~~~Transcribed and Typed by kbz
