Covington — Mrs. Mary Lou Bonebrake, 71, of Veedersburg, died Tuesday morning at the State Hospital at Logansport where she had been a patient since August, 1966. Mrs. Bonebrake was born in the Salem community northeast of Covington March 23, 1896, the daughter of James D. and Marinda Ziegler Coffing. She was first married to Stanley Beaver June, 1916. She later married Gordon Bonebrake February, 1929. He preceded her in death Oct. 10, 1966. She was a member of the West Liberty Christian Church south of Covington. Surviving are four sons, Darrell Beaver, Rt. 2, Covington, Dale Beaver, Rt. 1, Veedersburg, Glenn Beaver of Covington, and Capt. Orin Bonebrake with the armed forces; 14 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Orah Beaver of Veedersburg, and a brother, Homer Coffing of Clearwater, Fla. She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister. Final rites are pending at Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home in Covington.
