A telegram received in this city on Sunday announced the death of John L. Boyd, a former Indiana resident, well known in this city. Death came suddenly in Denver, Colo where Boyd has made his home for a number of years. Mr. Boyd is survived by his wife, Evelyn Montgomery Boyd, a sister of Mrs. Dora Doubleday and Mrs. Montgomery Hallowell of this city, a son, George M. Boyd of San Francisco, Cal; and a daughter, Mrs. Alice Boyd Scott of Palo Alto, Cal. Mr. Boyd formerly lived in Rockville, Laport and Michigan City where he was a Methodist minister - kbz
