Frank BORAKER, 81, former resident of this city died Saturday at the home of a son, Herman Boraker, at Rocky Ford, Colorado where he had lived for many years. Funeral services were held Monday at Rocky Ford. Mr. Boraker was injured working on construction of the Ben Hurt Building in 1911, and as a result became totally blind. However, he had operated a newstand in spite of his handicap for many years. The survivors include two other sons, Walter and George; a daughter, Apple (sic - Ethel) all of whom live in Colorado and several grandchildren. There are several relatives living in Crawfordsville and vicinity. His wife preceded him in death by several years. Mr. Boraker lived here durin ghis early life and attended the Crawfordsville schools. - kbz
