Floyd R. Bonwell, 48, died at his home, 5 miles south of Wayentown Sunday morning at 4:45 o'clock. He had been in ill health for 10 years, in serious condition the past six weeks. Death was attritured to cardiac asthma. Born April 3, 1900, in Boone County, he was the son of William and Eliza Laflin Bonwell. He was married to Anna Dee Motter at Crawfordsville on May 25, 1935. He was a farmer, member of the Scotland Newlight Church and member of the FOOE in Crawfordsville. Surviving are a widow; a daughter by a former marriage, Mrs. Doris M. Kilgus, Anderson; three brothers, ST of Alameda, Calif; CA of Indianapolis and William of Darlington. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the Brown's Valley Baptist Church with Rev. Raymond Skelton of Burnettsville in charge assisted by Rev. HP Barnes of Mellott.
