Crawfordsville – Sandra Kay Blackmore, 57 of Crawfordsville died at 5:30 p.m. Thursday Dec 30, 2010 at Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.  She was born June 1, 1953 in Crawfordsville to the late William Franklin and Marjorie Maxine Nees Smith.  She graduated from Linden HS in 1971.  She married Max Blackmore on Sept 16, 1983 in Crawfordsville.  He survives.  She was a 19-year-survivor of a double lung transplant, a homemaker and enjoyed antiques, glass collecting, golf, auto racing, quilting and Walt Disney World.  She is survived by two sisters, Gaylen Rasmussen of Crawfordsville and Patricia Beams (husband: Ed) of Roachdale.  She is also survived by 4 nieces, 3 nephews, 2 great nieces and 2 great nephews.  She was preceded in death by 1 niece and 1 great niece.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday Jan 5 at 10:30 a.m. at the Powers-Priebe Funeral Home, 315 S Washington St, Crawfordsville with Rev.
