Brownsburg – Helen Martha Biggs, 84 of Brownsburg and formerly of Crawfordsville died at 2:15 p.m. Sunday at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Mrs. Biggs was a homemaker and had retired from RR Donnelley & Sons. She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Crawfordsville. She attended Crawfordsville HS. She was born Aug 8, 1911 in Attica to Clarence and Evelyn McElwee Keys. She married Frank D. Biggs Sept 11, 1928. He died Aug 16 1964. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Joan Selby of Alamo; Mrs. Margaret McClure of Crawfordsville; Mrs. Judith Thomerson of Indianapolis and Mrs. Victoria Morrison of Lafayette; a brother, Alfred of LaPorte, Ind; a sister, Mrs. Thelma Davis of Waynetown; 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, a daughter, a brother and granddaughter. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cramer-Shoemaker. Funeral Home in Waynetown with Rev. Alfred Hellert officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church at Crawfordsville.
