Biddle - Elmer "Jack"

Waynetown – Elmer Jackson (Jack) Biddle, 73, retired school teacher, died at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday in Culver Hospital, Crawfordsville, where he was admitted after becoming ill Friday. Born in Wayne Township, he taught industrial arts in the local schools for 39 years. He was graduated from Crawfordsville HS and Indiana State Teachers college and attended Valparaiso and Bradley Universities. He was married here in 1909 to Lyda Zerface who died in 1932. His second marriage was in 1944 to Pauline Wilkinson of New Market. He was a member of the Christian Church and Masonic Lodge 302 and OES Chapter 435. Surviving with the widow is a daughter, Mrs. Del Heidinger of Aurora, Ill.
