E. Reid BILLIARD, 84 of Ossian, a former Crawfordsville resident died Saturday in St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis. He is survived by his wife, the former Lucy Gladys Switzer of Crawfordsville; two sons, Louis and Charles; a daughter, Betty Freije; a brother, Ted and a sister, Nellie Billiard. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Ossian. The body will be brought to Waynetown where graveside rites are set 2:30 pm. Tuesday at Wayneotwn Masonic Cemetery - kbz
