Ralph S. Bell, son of James H. and Ann F. Bell was born at Alamo In Jan 1st 1892 died at Buffalo NY Nov 3rd, 1915. Ralph was an obedient and affectionate son. He lived with his parents in New Market, Ind nearly all his life, where he was well and favorably known, having many friends who loved and respected him. Ralph confessed his Savior and united with the Christian Church at New Market four years ago under the pastorate of Rev. WD Hedrick. Three years ago he left New Market, going to Florida where he engaged in the automobile business. Some time later he went to Buffalo where he secured a position with he Cadillac Automobile Company and despite his youth was head machinist at the company’s plant there at the time of his death. He was one of the most popular men in the company’s plant. Nearly all the men at the factory went to view the body before it left Buffalo and expressed their deepest affection and respect for him as was evidenced by the beautiful floral offering that accompanied the remains home. Ralph leaves to mourn his loss, father and mother, one sister, Mrs. Ford of Cleveland, Ohio; grandfather and other relative sand many friends… we desire to kindly thank our many friends and neighbors for their kindness and affection during the death of our beloved son Ralph. Sincerely yours, Mr. and Mrs. James H. Bell and Family - kbz
