Misses Vivian and Clara Mae Oldshue attended the funeral of Edward Barnes at Jessup on Sunday. Mr. Barnes was a cousin of the late J.E. Oldshue. In company with a neighbor, George Brown, he was on his way to join Mr. and Mrs. John Oldshue at St. Petersburg. About 19 miles from St. Petersburg he died in a few moments while he unexpectedly took ill. Mr. Oldshue was called and made arrangements to return the body. Burial at Forks of the Creek Cemetery. Mrs. Barnes died earlier in the year. - kbz
