Betty Lou Banner, 83, Reynoldsburg, Ohio and formerly of Waveland died 6 a.m. Monday in Mount Carmel East, Reynoldsburg. Mrs. Banner was employed with the Milwaukee school system, Milwaukee, Wis. She served in the Army and was a graduate of Waveland HS in 1935 and Purdue University in 1941. She was born May 6, 1918 to Henry Newton and Rosalie Fullenwider. She married Julius Banner August 26, 1951 at Waveland. He is deceased. Survivors include a daughter, Cindy Ray, Reynoldsburg; two brothers, Robert and Wallace Terry Fullenwider both of Waveland; and two grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled 1 p.m. Friday in Machledt & Servies Funeral Home, 301 E. Green, Waveland with Pastor Walter Lucas officiating. Burial will be in Freedom Cemetery, Waveland.
