Veedersburg - Irma Faye Ballah, 76, Veedersburg, died at 7 p.m. March 25, 1997 in Culver Union Hospital, Crawfordsville. She was born Feb 6, 1921 at New Ross, the daughter of Ray Burton and Nellie Jones Harris. She married Robert Ballah Nov 25, 1948 at Veedersburg. He survives. She graduated from New Ross HS and had lived in Fountain County since 1948. Surviving besides her husband are two daughters, Karoylee (Michael) Borst, Nolensville, Tenn and Christy Ballah, Veedersburg; a sister, Virginia Dewey, Crawfordsville; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers, a sister and a grandson. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday in DIckerson FH, Veedersburg with Rev. Gary Johnson officiating. Burial in Mt. Hope, Covington. - kbz
