Veedersburg September 1 -- Mrs. Sarah J. BALDWIN 75 of this place died at her home Sunday afternoon at one o'clock of complications. Mrs. Baldwin had been ill for several weeks. She was born May 1, 1866 in Attica, the daughter of Rubin & Elizabeth Barrymore Truxel (sic). In 1891, she married Albert Baldwin who died 20 years ago. Mrs. Baldwin was a member of the Nazarene Church in Veedersburg. Surviving are 5 daughters; Mrs. Inda Woods; Mrs. Faye Griffin; Mrs. Albert Craig and Mrs. Alice Lang all of Veedersburg and Mrs. Phoebe Miller of Geneva; a son, Albert of Veedersburg; a sister, Mrs. Alice Beber (sic Bever?) of Williamsport and one brother, William Troxel (sic), Attica. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Nazarene Church in Veedersburg with Rev. Carl Fuller in charge. Burial in Harveysburg Cemetery near Kingman. - transcribed by kbz
