Mrs. Easter Armstrong, age 82 years, died at 3 p.m. Friday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Jones, 5 miles southwest of Thorntown. Paralysis was the cause of her demise. She is survived by one child, Mrs. Thomas Jones. Five children are dead. The husband has been dead for a number of years. Three brothers, Thomas and John Vail of Indianapolis and Lee Vail of Colfax are living. She also leaves 17 grandchildren. The funeral was conduicted from the Lutheran Church near Shannondale, at 1:30 p.m. Sunday. - kbz
