Mrs. Geneva ASKINS, Rockville, 48, passed away at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Union Hospital, Terre Haute, following a lingering illness. She is survived by the husband, Henry E; a son, Samuel M of Rockville; a daughter, Mrs. Marcelline Propes of Spencer; two foster daughters, Mrs. Kathrine Stanley of Sterling, Ill; and Diane Askins at home; the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Martin of Louisville, Ky; 3 sisters, Mrs. Martine Thomas of Louisville; Mrs. Lillian Baker, Hartford, Ky; Mrs. Violet Allen of Hammond; 3 brothers, Ernest Martin of Louisville; Louis Martin of Greys Knob, Ky; Harold Martin of Gray and two grandchildren. She was a member of the Rockville Presbyterian Church. The body was taken to the Branson Funeral Home where friends may call and it will remain until 9 Friday at which time it will be taken to Memorial Presbyterian Church for 10 o'clock services. Rev. Hugh Craven will officiate and burial will be in Memory Garden Cemetery. - kbz
