Jessie Pearl Bricker, wife of Sanford T. Asbery and daughter of M. Bricker and wife, was born March 24, 1881 at Sandoval, Illinois and died at her parents' home in Marshall Sept 1. June 28, 1898, she married Sanford T. Asbery with whom she lived a happy and contented life. At the age of 14 she joined the Baptist Church at Dana, afterwards transferring her membership to Marshall. She was also a member of the Rathbone Sisters and Daughters of Rebekah.
