-- Jamestown - Mrs. Nellie May Arnold, 79 of New Ross, died Saturday morning in Witham Hospital in Lebanon. She was born Feb 3 1885 in Montgomery County to William and Louise Wainwright McIntire. She married Edgar Shelley. He died in 1905. She married Homer Arnold in 1910. He died in 1956. She was a member of the New Ross Christian Church. She is survived by 3 sons, Carl M. Shelley of New Ross, Harold Arnold of Elwood and Merle Arnold of New Ross; one daughter, Mrs. Opal Barton of Whitestown; one brother, Frank McIntire of New Ross, 15 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She lived in New Ros smost of her life. She had also been a practical nurse. Services will be at the Walker Funeral Home in Jamestown at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in the K of P Cemetery at Mace, Rev. Albert Amos of New Ross will officiate. -- kbz
