Mrs. Florence (Bergquist) Andrews, age 77, of r.r. 7, Lafayette, died at 3:50 p.m. Sunday, November 13 at the Knights of Pythians Home. She had been ill for a number of years and a resident at the home for 10 days. Born in Tippecanoe County, she attended the Mintoyne Schools. A housewife, she was married to Frank B. Andrews in 1923 in South Raub. He preceded her in death in 1963. She was a member of the Romney Methodist Church and WSCS. Surviving are a stepson, W. B. (Pat) Andrews of Romney; a sister, Mrs. Alice Bals of Lafayette and a brother, Harold Bergquist of Lafayette. Two brothers and a sister preceded her in death. Also surviving are a step-grandson, William Andrews of Romney; two great–grandchildren, Dennis and Susan Andrews of Romney and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at the Helms Chapel Wednesday with the Rev. Richard Bowman and Rev. Jack Williams officiating. Burial was in Mintoyne Cemetery.--waw
