Mary Anderson, 69 of Lafayette died at 12:55 p.m. Monday in Home Hospital. She was a former resident of Crawfordsville. Mrs. Anderson was a former employee in the offices of Monon RR and Dr. George Harold. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, WSCS of the church, Athens Chapter 97 of Order of Easter Star and Eastside Home Demonstration Club. She was born Aug 21, 1910 at Bowers Station, a daughter of Charles and Ida Dane (sic - Dain) Dunbar. She was reared in Montgomery County and was a 1928 graduate of Crawfordsville HS. She moved to Lafayette in 1942. She was married in 1947 to Morris ""Pete" Anderson who survives. Also surviving is a daughter, Mrs. Manford (Catherine) Lawson of Kokomo. - kbz
