Mrs Mary Anderson died Feb 24, 1891, at her daughter's Mrs. Robert Peebles, six miles east of this city. She was a worthy member of the Friends Church and followed the principles of a true Christan woman. She was one of the first settlers in this county and has been a useful companion for two pioneers both of whom have preceded her. She bore her sickness of a few weeks with great patience. The funeral was conducted Friday morning at Darlington by Rev. Reese of Indianapolis. Interment at Friends cemetery -kbz

Mrs. Mary Anderson, aged 83, died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Robert Peebles east of the city. The interment takes place tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock at the Friends Church in Darlington. - kbz
