LADOGA — Harry Warren Anderson, 86, was buried in his birthplace, Ladoga, following his death Wednesday in a Chester, Pa., convalescent home. Anderson began a research and teaching career in 1912 after earning his bachelor and master's degrees from Wabash College. He was a member and former president of the American Psycopathology Society and he authored a widely used text, "Diseases of Fruit Crops." He was the retired head of the University of Illinois horticulture department plant pathology division. Survivors include a son, Philip of Basking Ridge, N. Y.; a daughter, Mrs. Alfred (Elenor) Maass of Swarthmore, Pa.; four grandchildren, and a nephew, Richard Ristine, a former Crawfordsville resident. Funeral services were conducted in Swarthmore, Pa.--waw
