Alamo - Mrs. Dora Alward, 75, died at 7:45 p.m. Sunday in Westbrook Nursing Home, Crawfordsville. She had been a patient there since last November and had been in failing health about 5 months. Mrs. Alward was born Jan 28, 1885, in Wallace, the daughter of Dan and Sarah Reath Booe. She was a member of the Crawfordsville Church of Christ and had live din Alamo since 1910. Surviving are a son, Russell Alward of Crawfordsville; a daughter, Mrs. Helen Isbel of Elkhart; a grandson, Paul H. Alward of Crawfordsville and a great granddaughter, Linda H. Alward of Crawfordsville. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Servies Funeral Home at Waynetown with Rev. Raymond Fulkerson pastor of the Church of Christ officiating. Interment in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery.
