ALLHANDS, Helen - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Wingate – Helen L. Allhands, 79 of Route 1 died at 8:05 a.m. Thursday in Williamsburg Nursing Home, Waynetown.  Mrs. Allhands taught school at Crawfordsville and New Richmond before she retired.  She was a member and pianist at New Hope Chapel.  She also was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution of Crawfordsville, Delta Kappa Gamma Society and Montgomery County retired teachers.  Born Nov 14, 1911 in Edgar County Ill she graduated from Wingate HS, Indiana University and University of Illinois. She married Raymond G. Allhands in New Brunswick, NJ on Aug 14, 1943.  He is the only immediate survivor.   --transcribed by kbz
