Adkins, Lloyd - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Lloyd Adkins, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Adkins, died suddenly Tuesday am. In an Orlando, Fla hospital. Lloyd was a printer and had gone to work Tuesday morning when he was stricken. He was 47 years old and lived in Brook as a boy. He has one son, Evan Lee, age 14. His first wife was Zola Bringle, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Bringle of Brook. She passed away in 1943. Lloyd lived in Crawfordsville many years and worked at the Donnelly Printing Co. He has lived at Leesburg, Fla for about four years. He remarried about four years ago.  He leaves his wife, Dorothy, son Eval Lee; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Will Adkins of Clermont, Fla; a sister, Mrs. Cyril McLendon of Mims, Fla; a brother, Lester of Stevensville, Mich and many relatives and friends. He was a nephew of Santford Kemper and Mrs. Grant Shaffer. Burial will be at Leesburg, Fla Thursday afternoon. – kbz
