Waynetown – Mrs. Jessie V. Adams, 70, wife of Oscar Adams, died Tuesday morning of a coronary occlusioin at her home, four miles north of Waynetown. She had been in failing health several months.  Born Dec 30, 1883 in Vermillion Co, Ill, Mrs. Adams was the daughter rof John and Louise Stienbaugh Linne.  She married Oscar Adams at Danville, Ill March 2, 1904. She was a member of the Waynetown Baptist Church. Surviving are the husband; two sons, Howard and Victor Adams, both of near Waynetown; a daughter, Mrs. Oscar Frame, Indianapolis; four sisters, Mrs. Cora Clapp, State Lind; Mrs. Charles Pool, Mrs. Rosa Kenny and Mrs Emil Paulin, all of Danville, Ill, five grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister. Funeral services will be heldat 2 p.m. Thursday at the Waynetown Baptist Church with burial at Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. The body will lie in state at the church one hour preceding the rites. Rev. Harvey Burns will be the officiating minister. Friends may call at the Grenard & Servies Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Wednesday. – kbz
