Darlington, Sept 1 – Emma Jean Abney, 7 year old daughter of Mrs. Walter Ferguson living one mile southeast of here died at 8:30 p.m. Thursday in Riley Hospital, Indianapolis. She had been ill three weeks. A native of Kentucky, she attended Bowers school last year. Surviving are the mother, her stepfather and several sisters and brothers.
