The funeral services were held in the M. E. Church at Mace on Friday at 10:30, in the presence of a large concourse of people, Rev. H. C. Riley conducting them. He leaves a wife and baby and a number of relatives. Mr. Abbott possessed many friends, as was evinced by the large attendance at the funeral services. He was interred in the new K. of P.
